Visa support

The accrediting body (State Registration Chamber and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the RF) renders services for accredited foreign employees of representative and branch offices and their family members regarding visa support, including obtainment of invitations for a single working visa (visa of the foreign employee) for up to 3 months, transformation of the single working visa into a multiple one, extension of the multiple visa, correction of visas, etc.

“Consul WHD” renders consulting services and assists in completing a full set of documents for an invitation for a single working visa(visa of the foreign employee), as well as courier services regarding the submission of documents to the State Registration Chamber and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the RF.

Invitations to the Russian Federation for foreign employees of branch/representative offices are issued in order to obtain single working visas (visa of the foreign employee) for up to 3 months. Invitations for family members of accredited foreign employees of branch/representative offices are issued according to the validity of the employee’s visa.

Ordinary multiple working visas (visa of the foreign employee) for accredited foreign employees of branch/representative offices are issued on the basis of ordinary single working visas issued by diplomatic or consular sections of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia by the request of the Federal State Department of the Ministry of Justice or the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the RF. The validity Ordinary multiple working visas (visa of the foreign employee) for accredited foreign employees of branch/representative offices are issued by the Federal Migration Service upon their arrival to Russia on the basis of single working visas.
